Spot On Anti Migration Base is a very affordable press ready ink, available in 1kg and 5kg tubs. This Plastisol Anti-migration Grey first down base is used to prevent dye migrating from the garment into the ink. This is used when the dye-migration is severe. You will be able to use this ink to print onto cotton and cotton blend garments and polyester blend and polyester garments. Spot on plastisol inks are phthalate and heavy metal free and offer a soft feel and good elasticity once cured. They have a great mixing consistency, are super opaque and perfect for printing onto dark garments. These inks are suitable for manual or automatic printing.

Printing
To obtain best results use decent tension screens 34T/(80) to 62t (156) both for manual printing and automatic presses – best results with a sharp squeegee blade.
Additives
- Curable reducer. (Ink thinner)
- Soft hand base. (for softer prints on lighter shade garments)
- Puff Additive.(for raised prints)
Clean up
Please use Easisolv 842 , Easiolv 701, Stinky Screen Wash or Franmar, please dispose of any cleaning consumables in a safe manner and use the correct PPI.
Curing
Spot on Anti Migration will be fully cured at 160°C. Printed garments need to be passed through a quality dryer and the ink film needs to reach the desired temperature to be fully fused, variables such as garment thickness and colour, ink deposit and operating climate will need to be taken into account when setting your oven parameters. Always wash test production to ensure prints are adequately cured.
