This block out filler is for repairing holes or unstable emulsion in screens. This blockout was built to withstand squeegee abrasion and long print runs. Suitable for printing plastisol.

Application

1. When the screen is dry and free of contaminants, pour the Screen Blockout filler on the print side of the screen. Spread over the open areas of the screen until completely filled.
2. Touch up all defects, including heavy blobs which tend to dry the outside and pop off or smear during printing. Where very fine meshes are used, you may reduce the viscosity by adding a little water.
3. Remove blockout with water.

For smaller pin holes use the blockout pen.
