Get your screens professionally exposed and ready for print. Simply send us your image-ready artwork with clear instructions for print size and positioning. We’ll confirm the details before exposing your brand new screen, and we include your film positives with every order.

Available Screen Sizes

• 20” × 24”

• 23” × 31”

• 26” × 36”

Film positives are imaged as A4, A3 or A2 depending on your artwork.

Important Notes

• We only expose new screens.

• We do not reclaim or expose used screens.

How to Order

1. Place your order for the required screen size.

2. Email us your image-ready artwork.

3. Include details of print size and positioning.

4. We’ll send you a pre-exposure confirmation for approval before we expose your screen.

Turnaround Time

Typical lead time is 5–7 days from artwork approval.

Mesh Guide

• 43T–62T – ideal for T-shirt printing

• 90T–120T – suitable for graphics and finer detail
