Manual Bracket Adapters (MBA) are small mechanisms designed to enable the use of M&R, Workhorse, and Anatol pallets on your manual screen printing machine. These adapters offer a convenient solution to enhance the versatility of your manual press by allowing you to utilize a wider range of pallet options, including those with arms that are three inches wide.

• Compatibility: The manual bracket adapters are designed to fit arms with dimensions of 1.5 x 2.5 or three inches wide, ensuring a secure and proper fit on your manual press. With these adapters, you can easily incorporate M&R, Workhorse, and Anatol pallets into your manual machine setup.
• Included Components: Each order includes two manual bracket adapters and two shim plates, providing you with all the necessary components to facilitate the use of compatible pallets on your manual press.

How to Install your Manual Bracket Adapters & Shim Plates:

• Shim Plate Placement: Locate the plastic baggie in your package containing two aluminum squares (shims) and two manual bracket adapters per pallet. To set up one pallet, experiment with the placement of the aluminum shim plates inside the bracket for the best fit. Once you have determined the optimal placement, peel off the yellow backing from one of the aluminum squares and press it onto the bottom side of the bracket. Ensure that the two squares are spaced apart from each other.
  • If you also want to use the pallets on an M&R automatic screen printing machine, do not peel off the backing/activate the adhesive on the shim plates. You will be to use your pallets without the MBA’s and shim plates on your automatic machine
• Mounting the Pallet: Once the aluminum squares are in place, place the compatible M&R, Workhorse, or Anatol pallet onto the arm of your machine. Take the Manual Bracket Adapters and hook/slide them onto the underside of your arm, bringing the pallet and arm together. Tighten the black knob on each adapter to secure them in place. Repeat this step with the second Manual Bracket Adapter. Your pallets are now ready to use.
