M&R set about by re-evaluating current Sprint models with the goal of meeting a more competitive price point while keeping the renowned performance that Sprint dryers are known for.

Still built with M&R’s commitment to quality and performance the Sprint EV 2500 retains the core elements that have made Sprint dryers a leader in the industry for over 20 years. Re-engineering key structures and components, while standardizing and streamlining our manufacturing processes, has allowed for substantial savings, which in-turn can be passed along to the customer.

AIR HANDLING

• Exhaust blower evacuates up to 33980 l/min (1200 cfm) on the 38″ width model and 50970 l/min (1800 cfm) on the 48”, 60” and 72” models

COLOR TOUCHSCREEN CONTROL CENTER

• Displays key operational information—including heat chamber temperature and retention time—and gives operators complete control of all screen printing conveyor dryer functions

CONVEYOR SYSTEM

• AccuSet™ belt-speed controller displays a more user-friendly “Retention Time” rather than belt speed and eliminating the need to convert feet per minute into heat chamber retention time (U.S. Patent Pending: SN 13967564)
• Automatic shutdown sequence keeps the blowers and belt running until the chamber has cooled
• Driven by a reliable, heavy-duty, variable-frequency AC-drive motor
• Patriot Belt™ with the SureTrak™ roller system features a heat-resistant, Teflon®-coated fiberglass belt with a red flexible bead stitched along one edge that rides in grooves machined into the large anodized aluminum rollers, providing the most precise belt tracking available (U.S. Patents Pending: SN 15194035 & 15265538)
